    • Tracked and managed over 500 pieces of correspondence, including 300 qualifications for 55 personnel, creating excel worksheets, power points, and over 10 level of knowledge exams, revamping the training program a substantial amount, with zero discrepancies over a 2-year period.
    • Operated three cranes on board a ship, completing 50 critical/non-critical lifts, and 25 small boat launch/recoveries during a western pacific deployment, returning home with zero casualties.
    • Played a key role in 8 underway replenishments, refuelling at sea, which involves receiving fuel from another ship to keep on track with the mission at hand.
